Distance Learning Arabic
Course information
Elementary Standard
Arabic is currently offered through the University of Washington in
partnership with a number of other universities in the US, North Africa,
and the Middle East. Students enrolled in this program will have a
chance to learn Arabic up to the intermediate level (ACTFL
standards)
through distance education, thereafter, students wishing to study Arabic
abroad will be assisted to travel abroad to continue the study of
Arabic. Administrators of the program are currently working on
providing returning students with an opportunity to continue the study of
Arabic in their local institutions. Talk to your local instructors
